Brian got pulled into the freight forwarding world in 1995 by one of his uncles. He didn't have much of a choice coming from a family with a strong freight forwarding background.
His father ran several freight forwarding companies in the 1980's and several of his uncles also took to the freight industry, so he naturally got sucked in early, has thrived, and has never looked back or changed course.
Brian has handled special event freight spanning commodities such as film, theatre and entertainment in his early years, to art installations in Venice, Italy to the action sports industry for over a decade. In the last 15 years of his career, Brian transitioned to Entertainment logistics, sports, and corporate production events-based clients. From shipping 5 boxes of merch for bands to moving 200,000-ton tours around the globe, he treats all his friends and clients the same.
He loves what he does and enjoys working with all the various clients from all walks of life, all very talented in different ways that he learns from & grow. To Brian, it's all about your team, and treating your clients with the best service you can possibly give. 24hrs a day 7 days a week is what he signed up for and doesn’t mind getting that 911 call to jump on something to help an event or show get that urgent component needed for their deadline. This is the most rewarding facet of it all.
Happiness, quality of life and strong mental and physical health are what's most important to Brian at this stage of his life. You cannot put any corporate salary on those.
Outside of the logistics world keeping a healthy active lifestyle is very important to Brian. His interests include ocean sports, mountain winter sports, bikes, running & martial arts. Band of brothers supports and promotes active healthy lifestyles for its crew as well, to live healthily and build camaraderie. A healthy body = a healthy mind.
